| Job Description: |
Primary job responsibility will be to assist Manager Financial Accounting in maintaining the accounting records and keeping a track of the accounting transactions, besides various other responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements of the company.
- Recording of periodic accruals, payables and JVs.
- Coordination with internal and external auditors for conduct and finalization of company audit.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
- Coordination with the Company's banker(s).
- Review and recommendation of payment cases.
- Deduction of taxes in line with applicable rules/laws.
- To support supervisor on any/all assigned tasks
Knowledge, Qualification, Skills, and Experience
- CA-Intermediate / Certificate in Accounting & Finance (CAF) with completed articleship from a reputable Chartered Accountants firm.
- ACCA or ACMA with 2 years of relevant work experience.
- B.Com/BBA Finance with 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Critical Thinking.
- Adequate knowledge of finance, accounting, audit, taxation, IFRS, contract evaluation and budgeting.
- Time Management.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, report writing & communication skills.
- A self-starter that can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of computerized accounting software and advance Excel.
- A team player.
- Service-oriented.
