We are looking for an ACCA qualified accountant who has experience in UK Accounting outsourcing work and can work remotely.

• Must have experience with VT, Xero, Tax Filer, Tax Calc and Moneysoft software.
• Record keeping and bank reconciliation of client companies on daily basis.
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all Business transactions are recorded.
• Reviewing and reconciling Sales/Purchase Ledgers.
• Balance sheet reconciliation including bank debtor/creditors control account.
• Year-end journals and prepayment & accrual schedules.
• Preparing annual accounts for Companies, Sole Traders & Partnerships.
• Preparing of personal tax returns for the clients.
• Preparing of Rental Income & expenses Schedules for individuals for personal tax returns.
• Dealing with tax enquires and other ad-hoc responsibilities.
• Issue Monthly and Quarterly Management Reports.
• Preparing and finalising the quarterly VAT returns.
• Payroll - set up and process monthly runs and RTI, Pension Auto-enrolment, CIS contractor returns.
• Processing Clients Queries(if any)
