Core Responsibilities:

1.       Maintaining filling regarding vendors accurately

2.       Salary Disbursment along with propper Cross verification

3.       Payroll Processing with Concerned dates.

4.       Verification of all type of invoices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.       Recording of CPV,JVs and BPV get them signed and filing.

2.       Prepare Journal Vouchers against bills received from suppliers of goods/services.

3.       Verification of purchase invoices from PO to GRN and invoice booking from Payables Module Including collection of GRN documents from warehouse.

4.       Preparation of Vendors againg report on weekly basis.

5.       Recording of Payments to Suppliers from Bank and Cash Both

6.       Issuance of Debit notes to the vendors where appropriate. Preparation of Againg report weekly.

7.       Maintain vendor file and Vendor ledgers reconciliation on Quarterly basis.

8.       Bank Reconciliation Statements for all banks.

9.       Additional task of TA/DA Processing between 8 - 12 for Sale staff nationwide.

10.   Additional task of Preparation of TA/DA summary sheets and disbursement sheets including Online and Cash along with the credit note issuance.

11.   Recording of Fixed assets purchases in fixed assets module and asset tagging.

12.   Processing of Sales Staff Target Incentives Claims.

13.   Processing of Distributors Target Incentives Claims.

14.   Maintenance of Cheque Register and manage deposit to the banks, collection of bank statements Laise on with the Bank on daily basis.

15.   Outdoor Duties, Banks, Bills Submission Etc.

16.   Up-to-date files record for all of your work.

17.   Any other task Assigned by the line Manager

18.   Pyroll processing between 1-5 .
