| Job Description: |
We are looking to hire a Workforce and Capacity Manager at our Karachi office.
Candidate Requirements:
- Solid understanding of IT/Tech services company operations and processes (projects; resources; SDLC, etc.);
- 5+ years of working experience in information technology services in workforce planning/resource management operations
- Resource demand forecast & deployment across projects
- Resource management system - verifies the resource demands, matches with the existing resources, and decides on the hiring or re-skilling
- Utilization & bench management and reporting
- Working closely with Senior/C Level management and HR teams to ensure resources are properly managed.
