SkillSets Online (headquarters in San Ramon, California) is a multinational corporation with operations in the US, India, and Lahore, Pakistan.  We have roughly 175 employees worldwide.  We provide IT training solutions to IT customers throughout the world.  However, our emphasis is the US and Canada. 

Description:

This is a part-time position (7pm-11pm PKT: 4 hours per day/work-at-home).  You will be communicating via email and phone to our corporate clients in the US and Canada regarding course updates and new course releases.  Corporate clients are primarily IT Managers, Directors & CIO’s.  You will be communicating with small, medium and large organizations.  You will NOT be communicating with consumers.  We are B2B.

The Ideal Candidate:

You shall enjoy communicating with others.  You have a friendly and inviting personality.  You have basic computer/typing skills but you do not need any technical background.  YOUR ENGLISH MUST BE EXCELLENT.

Spoken and able to understand.

Although we are a technology company your role will not require technical conversations.  You enjoy the convenience of working from home.  We will provide all training that you will need.  This is an ideal position for someone looking for a second job because you start at 7pm PKT and you are done by 11 pm PKT. This is also an excellent job for highly talented college students with superb English skills.

Compensation: The pay is 25,000 PKR per month plus occasional bonuses for excellent performance. This is a work-at-home position with occasional in-company meetings in our Lahore office.
