| Job Description: |
Perform In-Bound - Out Bound Calls to investors on daily basis.
- Correspondence with investors.
- Distribution of daily and monthly instruments.
- Responsible for sending monthly and yearly account statement.
- Responsible for maintain logs and call to returns courier.
- Responsible for release SMS and EMAIL on expired CNIC.
- Responsible for release letters, SMS & email for resigned staff.
- The position is responsible for all call center and investor services activities.
- Coordination with operations department regarding transactional issues.
- Coordination with IT department regarding online services issues.
- Work closely with Regional Heads and Area Managers regarding investor queries and complaints.
