| Job Description: |
- Ensure compliance of QMS, EMS & OSHAS
- Training & Coach Staff for Quality and Safety Programs
- Ensure GMP's are exercised across organization
- Develop Quality objectives, KPI’s monitoring (implementation effectiveness)
- Collaborate with Maintenance Team to ensure regulatory compliance for machine maintenance
- Ensure COPQ targets are met. Conduct Improvement activities to control non conformities
- Conduct Daily Review Meeting with Line Staff and take actions for rejection control
- Lead continuous improvement team and collaborate with departments for Non conformities and CAPA
- Conduct mock recall exercises to ensure traceability in the supply chain
- Support Quality Team, managing priorities, eliminating bottlenecks & addressing critical issues
- Ensure prompt customer complain response. Analysis of defect and counter actions monitoring.
- Ensure appropriate measures for warranty claims
