- As a team leader of Marketing Department successful candidate has to develop short term and long term marketing strategies.
- Work out marketing & sales plans.
- Prepare marketing budget to execute the marketing plan.
- Coordinate with advertisement agency to develop time line and activates plan for A&SP.
- Coordinate with sales team to position the project to create sales demand.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of marketing activities carried out by vendors at social media and other channels.
- Facilitate senior management & HR department to hire sales team and develop sales strategies and sales target.
