Job Description: |
The position is responsible for designing, monitoring and troubleshooting Donor Management System (DMS), comfortable with analyzing and reporting on donor data to identify trends, produce reports, segment donors, and strategize based on your findings and analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting DMS System.
- Be comfortable with analyzing and reporting on donor data to identify trends, produce reports, segment donors, and strategize based on your findings
- To explore customer requirements and provide accurate and consistent management information and statistics internally and externally
- Sound knowledge of statutory legislations around fundraising and data protection is essential.
- Interpreting briefs and developing DMS that meet all specifications and cost requirements.
- Maintaining, managing, and updating software.
- Supervising digital security and ensuring all anti-viruses and firewalls are regularly updated.
- Supervising the development and maintenance of websites and ensuring the protection of users' data.
- Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
- Practical experience with a variety of software applications.
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
- Produces acknowledgement letters/tax receipts while checking for grammatical/typographical mistakes and knowledge of practical tax receipting protocol

Company Name: The Hunar Foundation Company Description: Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas.
