Job Description:
  • Ensure all complaints are acknowledged promptly and customers are kept informed throughout the complaint process
  • Verifies daily FFRs by obtaining feedback from customers and resolving after-sales complaints if any.
  • Carry out complaint analysis of call center/walk-in clients.
  • Coordinate with factory and client on email /telephone and physically with walk-in clients only on additional orders.
  • Responsible for informing the client about installation (work and time) only on additional orders.
  • Prepare daily customer complaint reports
  • Conducts a weekly meeting with QA for compliant rectification.
  • Actively take follow-up on complaints and coordinate with clients regarding their queries.
