We are looking for passionate and hard working individuals (CSR/AGENTS) having strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English (preferably US Accent) for our packaging product.

A candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing incoming calls, chats and emails from clients.
• Generating sales inquiries through calls, custom quote request forms, chats and emails.
• Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotation in time.
• Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities. Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files.
• Coordinating with design team to make artwork changes requested by customer.
