Objective:
- DAR-UL-MADINAH International Islamic School System Looking for a Talented, & Experienced "Education Manager" to oversee its campuses located in Karachi city from Pre-Primary to Matric Level.
Main responsibility including but not limited to:
Complete academic (syllabus break-up, academic calendar, timetable and period distribution charts, etc.) of the city level DAR-UL-MADINAH, make recommendations / suggestions for examination and admission planning and ensure proper implementation by finalizing the planning of your city.
To formulate recommendations for the policy of education, admission, examination and discipline of Dar al-Madinah and to ensure the implementation of the policy approved by the MAJLIS.
To make suggestions for improving the quality of education, teachers and teaching, review the syllabus coverage, find solutions to the problems related to the syllabus and train the moderators and teachers (for the girls) and make recommendations for the training of the girls and send it to the concerned responsible.
Assist in the preparation / delivery of debit sheets and other necessary documents in accordance with the policy and academic calendar of the examination, printing and delivery of examination papers as required. Ensure timely conduct of examinations and announcement of results in accordance with the policy and review of examination results.
To review the weekly attendance and attendance of the moderators of Dar Al-Madinah, as well as to identify the problems and offer suggestions and solutions while removing the causes.
Do not hold weekly consultations with all the organizers / concerned officials (Islamic Brothers) of Madinah, keep a record of the MADANI flowers of advice, follow it up and present its monthly performance to the MAJLIS.
Visit the campuses in consultation with the MAJLIS to identify issues related to the sector and submit recommendations to the concerned MAJLIS for resolving the issues. Trying to maintain an atmosphere of trust.
To make every effort for the implementation of civil works in the capital.
Determining the need for appointment of new staff and ensuring their timely appointment as per the procedure given by the MAJLIS.
In addition to guiding the campuses in preparing the annual appraisal of all the concerned staff, making recommendations for promotions / increments and assisting the concerned responsible in preparing the budget for the campuses.
To provide practical assistance in the form of training schedule of the concerned officials, moderators and teachers as well as to analyze the results and performance of the inspection and training department and take necessary steps.
Ensuring the civic advice of the management and the parent / guardian of the Islamic Brotherhood and submitting the work to the MAJLIS and resolving the educational issues of the parent / guardian Islamic brother.
Identifying Activities for the MADANI Channel and recording them through the Media Department.
the participation of parents, students, faculty and moderators in all educational, training and organizational gatherings, civic discussions, etc. related to DAR-UL-MADINAH, as well as strengthening the organization of every, event management related to the department.
Completion of student admission, school registration and affiliation issues in all of Madinah.
Assist in reviewing the policy of education, admission, examination and discipline of Dar Al-Madinah College and assist in formulating recommendations for their implementation and assist in ensuring implementation of the policy approved by the MAJLIS.
Ensuring timely and efficient completion of the work assigned by the MAJLIS in accordance with the department and position.
