Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conduct, and coordinate staff recruitment activities, including channel selections and interviews.
  • Build up and maintain employee profiles in hard copy and soft copy.
  • Be in charge of part of HR shared services which include policies, payroll, benefit, etc.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Reconciles benefits statements.
  • Administers processing of terminations.
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process when/where needed.
  • Files documents into appropriate employee files (physical/electronic).
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Performs HRIS (Workday) related responsibilities including records updates, timely entry of new joiners, marking terminations, etc.
  • Prepares new-employee files/folders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
