• Our Job is to recruit Healthcare Professionals using various methods such as Marketing, Advertisements and calling all from Pakistan.
• Impact Care Services is a leading nursing and care agency, with eight offices across East Anglia, London and the South East. Established for over ten years, we enjoy an exceptional reputation within the industry for service excellence and have a loyal customer base.
• Due to increasing demand, we are looking to expand the team with an additional Perms consultant.
• You will be going through an intense training programme with a specialist trainer as well as guidance from Principle & Senior Consultants.
• Our specialist's recruiters place healthcare professionals into leading private healthcare brands and support the healthcare industry in the UK through a chronic shortage of Healthcare Professionals.
• You will be involved in the resourcing of suitable candidates, interviewing them and booking them onto shifts. You will be placing candidates who make a difference and save lives.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary DOE - Base salary of 60,000 - 70,000 + commission with no caps

Experience:

• Good communication and telephone skills (Including written)
• Previous recruitment experience ideally but willing to consider vertical market experience.
• Good understanding of Excel, word and outlook.
• Sales experience would be beneficial.
