An HR Intern is a highly motivated individual who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources. They will be working closely with the HR team to assist with various projects and initiatives related to employee relations, recruitment, and training and development.

Responsibilities may include:

•  Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Helping to onboard new employees by preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations
• Assisting with the management of employee files and maintaining accurate HR-related records
• Helping to organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
• Supporting the HR team with employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution
• Assisting with the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. They should also have a basic understanding of HR concepts and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A background or coursework in human resources or a related field is preferred.
