| Job Description: |
We are looking for confident male Candidates who are fluent in spoken and written English for our Software House - Web / design (US,UK Clients) located at Shahrah e faisal karachi, for night shift (9pm-6am).
Complete training of products and services will be given. Candidate with minimum 6 months of call center experience are preferred, Fresher are also encouraged to apply, Fluency in English is a must. Training will be given.
Job Description:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Sell products, make conversions and handle clients over phone calls (US)
- Cold calls for New Clients
- Keep records of all conversations & follow up with clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent Spoken and verbal English
- Experience in call center or design sales.
- Regular and Punctual.
- Professional attitude.
- O&A level / Graduate preferred.
