Job Description
- Sustain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
- Responding to incoming emails and telephonic inquiries professionally.
- Record and update your daily sales and orders information which will be sent to the Team Leader before leaving the office.
- Develop strategies for expanding client portfolio and negotiate on prices and delivery to close your sales with new clients.
- Responding to client’s emails after office timings which may lead to late sittings.
- Review your own performance in order to aim yourself to meet or exceed your monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Keep a strong follow-up from your clients making sure that no client is left un-responded
- Work in a team and as an individual and share your best practices with your colleagues
Excellent communication and written skills required!
