| Job Description: |
- Managing Payable Area Entry of Invoices in Accounting Software, processing and keeping track of all Invoices and payments made.
- Preparation of Payment batches and vouching all the payments processed.
- Interacting with International vendors.
- Providing support to key stakeholders in USA on Accounting issues.
- Keeping track of the contracts with vendors.
- Preparing the key reports for stakeholders.
- Preparing bank reconciliation statements,Initiating payment released intimation emails, replying to emails received from vendors.
- Processing Entries in Accounting Software on timely manner.
- Credit Card Reconciliation.
- Any other specific responsibility assigned by the Manager.
