Job Description: |
Incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Review the proposals and perform desk & field appraisals of Partner Organizations; prepare appraisal reports for Credit Committee/ BoD consideration, contract agreement, and disbursement of funds as per Financing Agreement.
- Provide technical support to partner organizations in effective implementation of the program interventions.
- Review and analyze program related documents and reports, maintain a reference system for these documents, follow up on future programmes and action.
- Prepare minutes of different meetings, workshops and programmes and write reports.
- Coordinate collection of information from different sources and compilation of Management Information System.
- Develop and conduct presentations/ learning sessions for Partner Organizations to build their capacity on Programme interventions.
Qualification/Experience
- Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Project Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5-7 years of field level experience in coordination of development sector programs.
- Experience dealing / coordinating with Refugees is preferred.
- Experience of handling projects including community development and trainings; technical vocational education and livelihoods.
- Experience and excellent skills in coordination and relationship management
- Good report writing skills.
- Willing to travel in the field across Pakistan.
