· Develop a long term Relationship with clients and architects.
· Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
· Monthly Sales Reports
· Monthly Sales Forecast
· Coordinate with Accounts Department for recovery
· Ensure Daily Footfall Report is updated regularly
· Share Daily footfall report with Display Sales Manager
· Maintain productivity and performance reports
· Ensure Client Status is updated on a regular bases and ensure the sheet is up to date
· Make sure Client Drawings and Quotations are linked to client expectation
· Coordinate with the Corporate Sales department for expected footfall and client finalization
· Make sure that Client coordination with Customer support representative is being handled smoothly
· Keep follow-up the entire procedure of sales to product installation
· Continuously participate in the process of client satisfaction
· Provide excellent services to client and take initiative in making and ensuring the client dealing system is smooth and a delightful experience for every client.
· To remain assist and motivate the team members
