Job Description: |
Join our dynamic Lahore-based team and be part of a growing international sales campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to UK-based businesses and decision-makers to promote and sell ISO certification services.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate ISO solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the sales manager to improve scripts, strategies, and lead quality.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge and company offerings.
Requirements:

Fluency in English with a clear and neutral accent (British accent is a plus).
- Previous experience in international call center sales (preferably B2B).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of ISO standards is a plus (training will be provided).
- Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
