We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Transportation Foreman to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our transportation department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of drivers, mechanics, and support staff to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely movement of goods and personnel. 

You will be expected to plan and schedule vehicle routes, monitor driver performance, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and transportation costs.

Responsibilities

•  Supervise daily transportation operations and personnel
•  Coordinate vehicle schedules and delivery routes
•  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
•  Monitor and evaluate driver performance
•  Maintain records of vehicle maintenance and inspections
•  Manage fuel usage and transportation costs
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
