Key Responsibilities
- As AM-Sales, your core responsibilities will include:
- Visiting customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Providing technical assistance, especially to soap and detergent industry clients.
- Generating new business through field visits and sales calls.
- Submitting daily visit summaries to the Sales Manager.
- Following up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections.
- Preparing proposals tailored to customer requirements for new business opportunities.
- Submitting detailed weekly performance reports to the Sales Manager.
- Addressing customer issues promptly and providing top-notch service.
- Reviewing sales and collection targets with the Sales Manager.
- Preparing comprehensive monthly reports on sales performance and collections.
- Conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential markets for products.
