| Job Description: |

Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of IT systems including servers, networks, and hardware. Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are effectively implemented.

Software & Application Support:
Assist in implementing and maintaining core software platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.). Liaise with software vendors and service providers to resolve issues.

Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects. Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables for ongoing technology initiatives.
