| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Enter leads and client activity into CRM (ODO). Collect and record new school/customer information into a master spread sheet. Provides daily visits and weekly reporting to your Manager and escalates any issues that would impact new business targets.
- Identifies, manages, and resolves issues via collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Training and implementation and acts as an advocate for both, the client and Kifayat to ensure expedient & appropriate resolutions.
- Develop and implement training programs to boost sales performance
- Guide cross-selling initiatives and review sales strategies
- Oversee distribution operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of product to customers
Required Skills and Qualification
- Graduate from any reputable university
- At least 5 year experience in Educational sector, Pharmaceutical firm or Publishing house.
- Knowledge of publishing, bookselling or school sector is desired, but not essential
- Own convenience for daily visits to schools (travel allowance will be provided).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
