We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at [Institute Name], an established IT training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and informative visual content to support our marketing, training materials, and online presence. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand while supporting the promotion of our IT courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics, banners, brochures, posters, and social media creatives to promote training programs.

• Develop visual content for digital platforms including the website, email campaigns, online advertisements, and video thumbnails.

• Create branding materials such as logos, icons, and templates consistent with the institute’s identity.

• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to understand project goals and target audience.

• Assist in designing course content visuals, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and e-learning assets.

• Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the IT and education industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Experience in designing for web and social media platforms.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and video editing tools is a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in an educational or IT training environment.

• Understanding of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
