What you'll be doing:

• As a remote Telesales Marketing Expert, you will be handling inbound and outbound international calls with b2b customers!

You will;

• Demonstrate active listening and provide exceptional service to everyone you speak to.
• Confidence in making outbound calls to businesses worldwide
• Have an understanding of lead generation
• Previous experience in a similar lead generation/sales/ telemarketing/ digital marketing role is desirable
• A team player supporting all aspects company-wide.
• Desire to grow and progress within the company and sales department.
• Knowledge of the energy sector is useful but not essential
• Open to change and eager to learn, with a good affinity for technology
• Able to overcome objections and be proactive within the role to accomplish desired goals
• A polite and friendly telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to persuade and negotiate
• Work from home with a flexible shift pattern, receiving support from sales and technical team remotely.                               

You will:

• You will be responsible for engaging key clients and generating new business leads.
• Have worked in a sales environment previously where you will have focused on needs-based selling, ideally on the phone, email, fax and social media
• Be both target and quality focused
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues, working through common solutions before escalating to the management team
• Be self-motivated working to multiple KPIs and targets remotely
• Have a suitable work environment and a high speed internet connection to use our systems.
