We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in credentialing for Mental Health Care providers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, especially in spoken English and have experience in Mental Health Care Credentialing, and a solid understanding of the credentialing process in the healthcare/medical billing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle provider enrollment and credentialing with insurance companies.
• Maintain up-to-date data for all providers in credentialing databases.
• Follow up on application statuses and resolve issues or delays.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and insurance companies.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in medical credentialing.
• Good spoken English and communication skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems and insurance plans is a plus.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
