Job Description: |
You will be responsible to maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic office environment. Additionally, the Office Keeper will support the office staff by managing cleaning supplies, preparing and serving refreshments, and assisting with office events and meetings to create a comfortable and efficient workspace.
Major duties and responsibilities
- Clean and maintain office floors, carpets, chairs, tables, windows, and other office areas on a daily basis.
- Regularly sanitize and clean the office, kitchen, and break areas.
- Dust all surfaces, including desks, chairs, and tables.
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to office staff, during internal meetings, and to visitors.
- Ensure timely preparation and serving of beverages during meetings and events.
- Keep the kitchen area hygienically clean, including dishwashing and maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen appliances and utensils.
- Restock kitchen supplies as required.
- Maintain a stock of cleaning materials and kitchen supplies and inform the Senior Operations Manager of inventory needs.
- Monitor and reorder cleaning supplies when necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or concerns to the Senior Operations Manager.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down for meetings or office events.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth office operations.
