Job Description: |
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to WiFi service inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting
- Guide customers through basic modem/router setup, network issues, and connectivity problems.
- Assist customers with activating new connections, upgrading packages, or renewing existing services.
- Accurately update customer records, call logs, and feedback in the CRM system.
- .Stay updated on the latest UAE WiFi plans, features, promotions, and system updates.
- Communicate effectively in English, Arabic, or other relevant languages for the UAE customer base.
