Background in food, & restaurant industry, catering experience is also required.

• Complete knowledge of our products, venues and services
• Reach more potential clients
• Make sure to reach the decision makers to as point of contact to get business for our corporate contacts
• Understands cuisines, and their unique tastes
• Can put in more hours during season
• Can think out of the box ideas to increase sales
• Get trained in knowing all the ingredients of our dishes so that the sales pitch is well informed
• Has strong negotiation skills
• Has energy and passion to do out of office primary and secondary research
• Knowing key contacts in both corporate world and in the families so that more sales are successfully closed and more business generation is generated
• Be very courteous, and respectful to our clients
