We are looking for a professional, English-fluent Female Remote Assistant to support our car rental and mechanical workshop business. The role involves customer service, digital marketing, and daily communicationwith our team and customers.

This is a full-time remote position, ideally suited for recent graduates or individuals with strong communication and digital skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via Email, WhatsApp, and Facebook

• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp phone & voice calls

• Manage booking requests and daily updates

• Create and post Facebook/Instagram ads and social media content

• Use AI tools (e.g. Canva, ChatGPT, AI video editors) for content creation

• Provide daily reports and performance summaries

• Support with marketing, content, and admin tasks

 Required Skills

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and social media

• Familiar with Facebook Ads, Canva, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms

• Professional, responsible, and self-managed

• Creative mindset and willingness to learn and grow

• No tolerance for delays, excuses, or unprofessional behavior
