Job Description: |
We are looking for a professional, English-fluent Female Remote Assistant to support our car rental and mechanical workshop business. The role involves customer service, digital marketing, and daily communicationwith our team and customers.
This is a full-time remote position, ideally suited for recent graduates or individuals with strong communication and digital skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via Email, WhatsApp, and Facebook
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp phone & voice calls
Manage booking requests and daily updates
Create and post Facebook/Instagram ads and social media content
Use AI tools (e.g. Canva, ChatGPT, AI video editors) for content creation
Provide daily reports and performance summaries
Support with marketing, content, and admin tasks
Required Skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and social media
Familiar with Facebook Ads, Canva, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms
Professional, responsible, and self-managed
Creative mindset and willingness to learn and grow
No tolerance for delays, excuses, or unprofessional behavior
