| Job Description: |
The selected Assistant Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing Accounts using the School Software. He will perform below mentioned tasks/duties:
- Providing Online ERP(SMS) system support
- Liaison with External Auditors
- Internal audit compliance check
- Collaborating with other departments to provide financial information and support for various projects or initiatives.
- Ensuring the accurate recording of financial transactions, cash, Bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other
- Reviewing financial statements and reports to identify any discrepancies, errors, or irregularities.
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management for improving the financial performance of schools.
- Providing SMS training
- Performing a budgetary compliance check
