The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance. This role involves executing quality control tests, identifying issues, and working closely with relevant departments to implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality checks on products, services, and processes.

• Implement and monitor QA procedures and standards.

• Maintain proper documentation of test results, reports, and corrective actions.

• Identify quality issues and assist in root cause analysis.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

• Participate in internal audits and support external audits.

• Coordinate with production, development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent quality.

• Provide training and support to team members on QA standards.

• Prepare reports and maintain quality metrics for management review.

• Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role.

• Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, GMP, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and QA software/tools.
