Job Description: |
- Providing Online ERP (SMS) system support: Ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting of the School Management System for end-users across various schools.
- Liaison with External Auditors: Coordinating with external audit teams by providing required documentation and clarifications during audits.
- Internal audit compliance check: Conducting internal reviews to ensure compliance with financial policies and internal control procedures.

Collaborating with other departments: Supporting different departments with timely and accurate financial data for planning, reporting, and decision-making.

Ensuring accurate recording of transactions: Monitoring and maintaining proper records of cash, bank, payables, receivables, and general ledger transactions.

Reviewing financial statements and reports: Analyzing financial documents to identify discrepancies, errors, or unusual trends for corrective action.

Providing financial analysis and recommendations: Preparing performance analyses and offering actionable insights to improve school financial health.

Providing SMS training: Delivering user training sessions on the ERP/SMS system to ensure proper usage and understanding across school staff.
- Performing budgetary compliance check: Reviewing budgets to verify alignment with organizational policies and approved allocations.
