We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day accounting operations as well as administrative tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

• Handle daily cash, bank receipts, and payments

• Prepare vouchers and manage petty cash

• Assist in monthly closing, reconciliation, and reporting

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks

• Generate sales invoices and manage accounts receivables/payables

• Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions

• Payment followps 

Admin:

• Manage office supplies and ensure facility maintenance

• Maintain employee attendance and leave records

• Coordinate logistics, travel, and official communications

• Assist in recordkeeping, filing, and document control

• Handle correspondence with vendors and service providers

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, etc.) is a plus

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Honest, reliable, and punctual
